Making decisions on providing care for a loved one can be overwhelming. How do you know what’s right for your family’s unique situation? Is in-home care the right solution? Or does your loved one need more? This service is intended to assist an individual to participate more meaningfully in home and community life. It is provided to individuals living in private homes for the purposes of providing supervision or assistance that is designed to ensure the individual’s health, safety and welfare or to perform activities of daily living for the individual.
